I highly recommend Rick Markussen if you are looking to buy a house. We just bought our first house and closed this past Friday. It was an intimidating experience when we started this venture but Rick made the whole process go smoothly. Rick was very knowledgeable in many areas and really went to bat for us getting things accomplished, negotiated, fixed, etc. He was excellent with communication and even worked with our availability as it was limited due to work. He was available anytime we had a concern, question, or wanted to view a house. He showed us MANY homes and answered any questions we had, if he didn’t know the answer he would find out for us and get back to us right away. He even assisted us with finding an electrician, home/hazard insurance, and home warranty for our home. If it wasn’t for him I don’t think we would be where we are today, in our new to us, family home. We are so thankful we had him during this whole process! Thanks again Rick!
